Who are we looking for?
For teachers, formal qualifications enabling them to hold a position as a preschool teacher are necessary, as well as the completion of a Montessori pedagogy course for ages 3-6 or a willingness to start it immediately. Fluent knowledge of the Polish language is also essential for this position.
For psychologists and special education teachers, formal qualifications enabling them to practice their profession are required, along with pedagogical preparation and fluent Polish.
For all positions, the following are necessary:
- Familiarity with the principles of NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and attachment parenting
- Willingness to work in the field of alternative education
- Communicativeness, openness to new ideas, a warm, empathetic, and friendly attitude toward children
- No criminal record
